ROD STROKE LIMIT UNIT

The contactless magnetosensitive switches (dry-reed switches) SQ1 (maximal) and SQ2 (minimal), installed in the switch box, are used to limit the stroke of the rod. They are placed inside the switch box. The switches work because of the inserts in the ELA rod in the form of permanent magnets.
Moving the switches along the guide slots inside the switch box helps to adjust the rod stroke within 80 mm from both of each positions maximal and minimal.

ROD POSITIONING CONTROL DEVICE

The positioning device is a contactless inductive mechanism and it has a sensitive surface. When changing the gap between this surface and the metal surface of the ELA rod, the proportional change of the device's output current happens. For proper work of the positioning sensor on the ELA rod, the slot of variable depth is performed and it is filled with non-magnetic material.
Setting of the output performance of the sensor is performed with the help of adjustment potentiometers.
